LINOVISION understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect your products to ship within 2 business days at most.

Shipping - US.

Free UPS Ground shipping on Retail Orders Over $79.00 in the 48 contiguous US States.

If you are in a hurry you can pick a 2 day delivery or overnight when placing the order.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

We reserve the right to use any carrier that meets the delivery promised to you.

US Same Day Shipping

We will ship out orders in the same day if we receive the order before 2PM (CST time). UPS is scheduled to pickup packages at 4PM every workday. Customer can choose Next Day or 2nd Day service at additional cost if you need them urgently. Our warehouse is closed on weekend and holidays. 

Products with battery will only be shipped by UPS Ground service as regulation by UPS. 

Warehouse Pickup

We accept in-store pickup. Please contact us via email to sales@linovision.com  in advance before you come. Please bring the order number and photo ID when you come for pickup. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and Federal holidays. Our working hour is 9AM to 5PM (CST time).

Shipping - Overseas.

We ship outside the U.S. when purchases are made online.Your order will be sent out via International Shipping.

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

Lost or damaged shipment

If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please take photos or videos on site and send them to us. LINOVISION will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Once get approval that damage is caused by shipping, your account manager will guide you how to return damaged ones to us for an exchange or refund.
